editing sysinternal log to post on forum

Hi,

I have 500 gb sysinternal logs I want to post and discuss for potential problems in my system.

I want to know how to post so that relevant things some one on forum can see.

My 5 minutes of procmon utility log is approximately 500 Gb so I think positng 500 Gb will be a difficult thing for me and even if I post any one else to read it may not be easy.
