Application folder for visual studio could not be created after uninstal sql server 2005 express

Hi ;

I use windows 7 home premium;

I uninstalled SQL server 2005 express and SQL server 2008 express.

I installed SQL Server 2012 Developer.

since then I have an error message "Application folder for visual studio could not be created".

all updates for windows 7 , sql server 2012 , and visual studio 2008 failed .

 I tried to repair those problems with Fix it, but it didn't work. I still have the error message.
