Hi everyone.
I have the following problem. In our office, there are 3 computers running windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Two computers manufactured by HP, one - by Dell. All three computers have installed Virtual XP mode. Vicon cutting software (version 3.0.363) installed into Virtual XP on all three of them (this version works ONLY with Win XP). This software requires USB security key. One of the HP computers recognizes this USB (I attach USB key through "USB" -> "Attach" drop down menu in XP window), and the program works fine.
However, two other computer will not recognize USB key. First, i was getting "KECHK32.dll not found" error. I managed to solve this problem by contacting tech support of Vicon software developers. The main problem remains - USB key is not recognized by other two virtual machines.
I have no idea what the problem could be, because software works fine along with USB key attached; the other two remaining computers (same Win OS, same XP modes) simply will not recognize USB key.
Buying new USB key is not optional; buy new software (updated) is not optional either.
Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
Thank you in advance!
