Windows Assessment Console Error

Hi,

I'm trying to run any assessment from Windows Assessments Console (ver 6.2.9200.16384) on Win8 laptop and I constantly recieve an error message while the job tries to collect machine configuration information. something like: "There was an error generating or finalizing the results file file:///C:/users/.../MachineConfiguration.xml : illelgal xml character.

Have someoen experianced this behavior?
