I encountered this problem yesterday when installing Adobe Flash Player. To resolve it, I had to go to regedit and change permissions on four keys on each computer on my network. Once I had the solution I was able to make the necessary changes in under an hour
and now every user in my network is able to use the Flash Player.
I have searched online for an answer to this problem with Silverlight but came up short. Any help would be appreciated.
