Win 7 pro machine slow to reboot

Hello there!

I have a brand new Dell Latitude E6330 running Windows 7 Pro that I have been struggling with a specific issue. This machine will take about 10 min to reboot.
You click on restart and it will just show the desktop wallpaper for about 10 min and then finally show the "shutting down" message and then reboot.
The problem only exists when rebooting in normal mode. It reboots just fine in safe mode and safe mode with networking.
It did not have this problem right out of the box, of course after I install updates and applications etc.
I have tried disabling some start up items and verified it was not trying to clear the page file when shutting down. I attempted to run the windows performance recorder and capture the reboot trace. I've done alot of reading about the tool and watching videos but I seem to be missing something and not understanding clearly as this is a shutdown trace vs the boot traces I've heard many discussions about.
I can send the trace and would appreciate any help that can be provided.

Thank you.
