Blue Error Screen in Windows server 2003

Hi every one,

                         For last 1 or 2 months i have come across an issue of in my server installed with window server 2003.

Issue Description:

                                Suddenly server shows Blue Screen and stating Dumping physical memory to disk. In this case we have to restart the server to resume working which at all can not be a solution.

Also i tried to check the memorydmp file written during this Blue screen dump error, to find possible cause but did not find that file.

Please suggest how to fix and resolve this error.
