Reporting queued error: faulting application dllhost.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.5069, fault address 0x000222d6.

I am getting the mentioned error frequently on a windows 2003 Application server. when the application starts on the server I can see that dllhost.exe.xxxxxxxxx.MDMP and dllhost.exe.xxxxxxxx.HDMP files are automaticaly created at the path C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\ERRORREP\UserDumps and eats up entire C drive. Has any one come across this problem.
