Windows 7 Speakers Properties Enhancements Pitch Shift More Options

I don't know which "Forum category" and "Forum" to choose for this title, so you should tell me.

I want to have more options above +4 and below -4, and also between each integer, i.e. +0.5, -0.5, +1.25, -0.75, and etc.
