i have encarta and everytime iv'e tried to update it it opens a window telling me theres no internet connection when there is one for a fact! the program runsfie! and all my other apps work correctly! i have no problem going on line with any other app! what do i do? i already deleted it and re installed it and used the compatability program thingy also so got any ideas?
