Using command xperf -i etlfile -o xmlfile -a suspend

for etlfile which captures sleep or standby transition in Windows 7 showed all the start times and durations for all phases i.e querydevice, suspenddevice, resumedevice etc.

But for Windows 10 it doesn't show those timings.

Is there any other way i can get the timing information for Windows 10?
