It's an OEM HP Envy Laptop (Notebook) and FWIW I use IE11 and Norton IS.
Apart from crashing in January when I installed Office 365 Home Premium it worked fine until it got screwed up by the February Windows Updates. Now it's suffering like so many PCs - Start menu and taskbar icons don't and a host of other niggles.
I used Autoruns on my older Win7-screwed-up-by-free-upgrade-to-Win10 laptop and there were quite a few entries - unfortunately I couldn't post a snip at that time. Then it got beaten up more badly by the same WU and Autoruns found so many issues that I gave up.
I'm sure that the Autoruns log won't get me back to a 'fit for purpose' Win10 PC but will it give you a clue about other problems? If so do I post screenshots or the report, please?
