Graphics + power source compatibility

Hello! I'm not sure this has been categorised correctly, please forgive me.

This is the computer:

The graphics are not up to par, so I wanted to put in my GForce GTX 650 Ti...

I had asked another forum about the card being compatible and got a positive answer, however, the computer will not recognize it's installation. (Mind you, the CD is missing so we were installing the drivers manually from Nvidia's site.) We then noticed the fans were running relatively slow, so we installed my other power source, which is a Corsair TX750.

At the moment, the screen will not even come on. So we need another monitor to do a diagnostic. Thinking the issue lies in the BIOS. We would like to avoid having to go as deep as messing with the coding.

(I am not working on the computer. My brothers build computers, but I've been put in charge of research to "pull my own weight", as it were.)
