the environment will be built with 2-3 x3550 end servers. In this environment will be installed virtual machines with Windows Server 2012 R2 and SQL Server 2014. The servers will have memory on the 700GB and two 14 processor cores.

According to this comparison Flow Rate Hyper-V is definitely better than VMware. Xen performs best.
Do you have a performance comparison may Hyper-V and VMWare? Maybe you have experience in working with these wirtualizatorami. My question that you choose Hyper-V or VMware can?
