I am programming the multimedia buttons on my HP keyboard and I have them all working perfectly, except my Help  button, and I need the address or syntax to open Help and Support the same way it opens when I go to the start menu and click on the help and support button there.  I can't get properties from the help and support window or I would get the target location from the properties.  At the moment I just put winhlp32.exe in the address box of the buttons in the keyboard properties and it opens help and support but not on the home page of  help and support , it opens help and support at a page that says this:

Why can't I get Help from this program?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that is not included inWindows Vista. However, you can download a program that will allow you view Help created in theWindows Help format from the Microsoft website.

For more information, go to the winhlp32.exe article on the Microsoft support website.

and then I have to click the home icon to go to help and support home.   Please just give me a command that will open Help and Support just like it opens from the Help and Support button in the Start menu. There is nothing wrong with the way it opens from the start menu and that's the target location I want. Thankyou, Chad Collier
